What is Strypes Lab?
Strypes Lab is our main training initiative, aiming to upskill the technical knowledge of young professionals in Bulgaria and prepare them for their first career steps in the IT field. It covers 4 main areas of expertise: C/C++, Python , Advanced Python and Feature Integrator academy.
Entirely remote, just two days per week, and for free – Strypes Lab is a gateway to an AWESOME career start in IT. All of our courses are conducted in Bulgarian language.
Strypes Lab gives you good basic knowledge in the subject that you will study and practice . Moreover, based on your performance during the courses, you might have the chance to join our ICT Strypes team as a full-time employee!
Everybody who is accepted in the course and successfully finishes it will receive a contract and a certificate.
Strypes Lab 2025 happens in partnership with MNKnowledge.
Strypes Lab is organized by one of the biggest IT companies in Bulgaria – ICT Stypes. For more than 18 years, we have been working on various IT projects for customers in different industries. We always explore ways to support the Bulgarian IT community by participating in many IT events with our experts speaking on various topics, contributing important initiatives and working on the idea to help more and more young professionals start their career in the sector. What is the application process?
Submit Your Application and Await Confirmation
Once you have submitted your application, you will receive a confirmation email with detailed instructions regarding the upcoming evaluation process. This email will outline the format, scope, and requirements for the initial test, as well as the scheduled date and time.
Complete the Scheduled Assessment
On the scheduled date and time, please complete the assessment as outlined in your confirmation email. This test will evaluate your core skills relevant to the position and is a critical part of the selection process. Ensure you have access to a quiet workspace and the required tools to complete the assessment effectively.
Receive Feedback and Notification on Advancement
As soon as possible following your assessment, we will review your results. If you successfully meet our evaluation criteria, you will receive an email notification with feedback and confirmation that you are advancing to the next stage.
Attend a Follow-Up Meeting
If you advance, we will invite you to a brief follow-up meeting, where we will introduce you to ICT Strypes, our team, and our core values. During this meeting, we will also conduct a further evaluation of your technical expertise and English proficiency to ensure alignment with our project requirements.
Final Approval for Strypes Lab Following the meeting, we will provide a final decision regarding your application via email. If you are approved, you will receive additional details about joining Strypes Lab, including next steps for onboarding and integration into our projects.
A few things to keep in mind
A foundational or further level of technical knowledge may be required depending on the type of academy program, so please review the respective Academy description carefully. All lectures are conducted in Bulgarian and scheduled after working hours. We value dedicated candidates who are committed to developing their skills and building a strong foundation in the IT field.
C++ Academy
Join our C++ course starting February 20th! We’ll guide you through the basics of software development, Linux commands, and the compilation process using tools like gcc and makefiles.
No need for complicated jargon! You’ll learn practical skills like handling binary numbers, using loops and conditional statements, and mastering arrays and strings. Plus, we’ll cover pointers, memory allocation, and dynamic structures in a way that’s easy to understand.
By the end of the course, you’ll have the confidence to tackle programming tasks with C++ like a pro. Ready to roll up your sleeves and start coding? Enroll now and let’s get started!
During the C++ training you will learn:

Feature Integrator Academy
But what exactly is a Feature Integrator?

As an integrator, you’ll dive deep into the Software Project Life Cycle, defining test strategies, crafting test specifications, executing tests. Plus, you’ll play a crucial role in upholding software quality as the gatekeeper of every delivery.
What does the Feature Integrator Academy offer?
Our immersive online course, in Bulgarian (good level of English is required, though), covers both soft and technical skills, including MS Office, Linux, Shell Scripting, and QA. We start from the basics, making it perfect for newcomers.
Who should join?
The academy is open to recent graduates, career changers, and IT enthusiasts. There are no entry or final exams; your course performance will determine if you’re invited for an interview to join our company.

Python Academy
Course Overview:
Perfect for those with a basic understanding of programming and mathematics, this course offers a comprehensive introduction to Python for data science.
Knowledge in Python is recommended but not required.
- Start: 27 October, 2026
- End: 28 January, 2027
Covered topics:
- Installing and configuring Linux, productively working in Linux environment, filesystem organisation, etc.
- Python 3 programming with PyCharm and JupyterLab – syntax, data types, methods, functions, operators, and algorithmic structures
- Using virtual environment, Python IDEs, writing and debugging Python programs
- Solving data structure and algorithmic problems in Python
- Working with text and binary files
- Functional programming and higher order functions in Python
- Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) – objects, classes and inheritance, encapsulation, abstraction, polymorphism, method and operator overriding, object introspection, etc.
- Reusable design patterns in OOP – Singleton, Factory Method, Builder, Iterator, Decorator, Adapter, Observer, Command, Template Method, etc.
- Practical application projects developed incrementally using OOP and design patterns best practises – building a Model-View-Controller (MVC) application using Tkinter GUI
- Developing your own MVC application project that demonstrates your knowledge and skills.
The Python training will be conducted remotely two times per week after working hours.

What’s in store at the Automation Feature Integrator Academy?
Get ready for an immersive learning experience! Our intensive online course, conducted in Bulgarian(good command of English is a must), will equip you with both soft and technical skills. From MS Office to Linux, Shell Scripting, and QA, we’ve got you covered. And don’t worry if you’re new to Linux – we’ll start from scratch.
Excitingly, we’re adding Python basics to the curriculum, specifically tailored for automation (both testing and scripting). If you already have some Python knowledge, that’s a bonus!
Who should join?
Career changers, recent graduates, and IT enthusiasts looking to broaden their horizons are all welcome to apply. Unlike our other academies, there’s no entry or final exam here. Instead, those who demonstrate exceptional performance throughout the course will be selected for an interview, providing them with the opportunity to join our company.
During the Automation Feature Integrator training you will learn:

Whom is Strypes Lab for?
All students, recent graduates or professionals who want to further gain knowledge and develop within the IT sector are welcome to submit their applications. Note that all of our academies require some initial knowledge in programming prior to joining the course, apart from the Feature Integrator one.
Strypes Lab 2025 is open to people from all over the country as it will be fully online. You can join no matter the place as long as you have a stable Internet connection.
Strypes Lab is conducted in Bulgarian language.
